Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Bothy. By using it, you agree to them.

Bothy helps your family track events and tasks. It reads emails and photos you give it to find dates and details, which you confirm before they're added.

Keep your login private. You're responsible for what happens under your account, so tell us if you think someone else has access.

The events, emails, and photos you add stay yours. You give us permission to process them so Bothy can do its job, nothing more.

Bothy is in beta. Things may change, break, or go offline while we build it. Don't rely on it as your only record of something that matters.

Don't use Bothy to break the law, abuse others, or interfere with the service. We can suspend accounts that do.

Bothy is provided as-is. We work to keep it running and accurate, but we can't promise it's error-free, and extraction won't always be right, which is why you confirm before anything's saved.

You can delete your account anytime. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
